National Development Program (NDP)
The objective of this program is to develop high caliber nationals and provide them with high level professional and managerial skills, knowledge & experience that is based on global standards. The program acts in 2 ways:
1. Trainee Consultants
We select high-caliber young
national graduates with experience of up to 3 years, to work as trainee consultants in medium to long-term assignments (as per the requirements of each assignment).
Their development program consists of 3 components, for each trainee:
Long-term "Career Development Plan".
Professional and practical training to sharpen their skills. (i.e. On job training, practical workshops, etc.)
Financial and non-financial support, to complete their professional qualification.
2. Knowledge Transfer & International Exposure
We select highly-qualified professional nationals, and make them part of our project teams. This facilitates the transfer of knowledge and provides international exposure to these high-caliber nationals.
How this does benefit our clients:
The in-depth knowledge of the local environment is essential for providing tailor made practical services.
The program offers clients, at the end of the assignment an opportunity to hire high-caliber, well trained candidates who are well versed with the client's business environment. In this way the program enables our clients to avoid wrong hires.
