At IMC we adhere to a strict Code of Practice, which is a common thread binding our team members, activities, tasks and services. This Code of Practice is based on the guidelines set by the IMC, UK

It is strongly woven into all our actions and clearly reflects our behavior. For our clients this means a strong level of commitment, integrity, high quality professional service and a long-term partnership.

Meeting the Client's Requirements

We will:

  • regard the client's requirements and interests as paramount

  • only accept work which we are competent to do

  • agree in advance the scope, nature and deliverables of the work      to be undertaken

  • only subcontract work with agreement with the client

  • respect the confidentiality of all your client's information

  • practice due care in relation to advice given

  • ensure appropriate levels of communication with the client

  • act with courtesy and consideration towards our clients

  • Working with Integrity, Independence and Objectivity

    We will:

  • disclose as soon as possible, any relationship, circumstances      or business interests which may influence or impair an      assignment unless agreed with the client
  • unless agreed with the client, not work on an assignment which      gives you conflict of interest
  • unless agreed with the client, not accept, nor give any      inducements relating to work you undertake
  • unless agreed with the client, not use any confidential      information about a client's affairs outside the assignment
  • remain objective throughout the assignment


  • Maintaining Responsibility to the Profession and to IMC

    We will:

  • at all times endeavor to enhance the standing and public      recognition of the profession and the IMC through annual      affirmation of the Code of Practice
  • comply with IMC's requirements on continuing professional      development
  • maintain your professional obligations to others
  • negotiate agreements and charges in accordance with IMC's      ethical standards
  • exercise due care in relation to publicity
  • be fit and proper as defined by IMC to be a management      consultant
  • be of good reputation and character
  • not willfully give IMC any false, misleading or incomplete      information


  • Ethical Guidelines

    In adopting the IMC Code of Practice, we will adopt the ethical guidelines by ensuring:

  • transparency in your dealings with all stakeholders ensuring that      we are as open as circumstances allow
  • that we take account of the vulnerability of all stakeholders in      relation to any work undertaken
